CORSAIR iCUE LINK TITAN II 360 RX RGB

CORSAIR has released the iCUE LINK TITAN II 360 RX RGB, a 360-mm all-in-one cooler featuring the FlowDrive 2 pump, RX II RGB fans, and an optional 5-inch LCD module. The review, sourced from Igo's Lab, evaluates its cooling performance, noise, and added RGB functionality.

Design and Features

The iCUE LINK TITAN II 360 RX RGB is a revised 360-mm AIO that centers on the new FlowDrive 2 pump and the pre-installed RX II RGB radiator fans. An optional 5-inch IPS LCD panel adds a secondary Windows display and a 70-mm fan that cools the VRM and M.2 areas. The cooler ships with a CapSwap pump cover that can be customized visually.

Inside the box, the radiator is already fitted with the three RX II RGB fans and a unified frame, saving a step that most AIOs require. The package also contains mounting hardware for AMD and Intel sockets, screws, a backplate, and the iCUE LINK controller that provides USB, power, and TACH connectors. The cables are braided and direction-marked, making cable management straightforward.

The review’s detailed metrics can be cross-referenced with our stats database for comparative analysis. Installation steps are documented in our fixtures guide.

Cooling Performance

At the 40 dB(A) limit, the radiator fans ran at 81 % PWM, which equates to 1,700 RPM in the test setup, while the pump operated at 100 % PWM. Increasing the fans to maximum speed lowered the average delta temperature at 200 W by only 0.8 °C, from 61.8 °C to 61.0 °C. The cooler therefore achieved most of its available performance before reaching maximum fan speed.

Fan Speed SettingRPMSound (dB(A))
40 dB(A) limit (81 % PWM)1,70040
Max speed-46.6

The optional LCD module’s 70-mm fan produced measurable local cooling effects. The VRM area dropped from 45.8 °C to 42.0 °C, a reduction of 3.8 °C. The M.2 cover cooled from 58.8 °C to 52.4 °C, a difference of 6.4 °C.

M.2 cover52.458.86.4

The thermal performance at 200 W is summarized below:

Noise and Temperature

With the fans at 81 % PWM, the sound pressure level measured 40 dB(A) at a distance of 40 cm. When the fans ran at full speed, the level rose to 46.6 dB(A). The cooler’s noise profile is therefore modest, with most of the cooling benefit delivered before the fans hit their maximum speed.

Installation and Ecosystem

The iCUE LINK TITAN II 360 RX RGB is designed for a straightforward setup on AM5 systems. The AMD mounting bracket is pre-installed in the pump head, eliminating the need for separate spacers or brackets. Users simply remove the plastic brackets from the motherboard, place the pump head on the socket, and secure it with the existing threads.

The pre-installed fan assembly on the radiator removes an entire installation step that conventional AIOs require.

The cooler’s integration into the iCUE LINK ecosystem means that users can control RGB lighting, fan curves, and pump speed through the iCUE software. However, the extensive accessory range can increase the total system cost for those focused solely on cooling performance per euro.

The optional LCD module’s integrated fan also delivers a measurable cooling benefit to the VRM and M.2 areas.
